How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who Answers Your Call
Walterexists Walk-In Tubs does not have a crew that visits your home. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider's office staff or estimator will usually be your first contact. They run their own business, set their own prices and do the work themselves.
What the Provider May Ask
Say the phone rings and a friendly voice asks about your bathroom. Do not worry. The questions are simple. A provider may ask:
- What kind of project you have in mind
- How big the bathroom is
- What the tub or shower looks like now
- Whether anyone at home has trouble stepping over the tub wall
- Whether the floor or walls feel soft
- When you would like to get started
Photos can help. So can a rough tape measure.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Bring a short list. It keeps the talk calm and clear.
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- What could change the price once work begins?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
- What does the warranty cover, and who backs it?
- Can you document the work if I need it for a claim?
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You Stay in Charge
A referral is not a contract. You can compare more than one quote. You can say "not yet." You can ask for a different option, like a shower instead of a tub. Nobody at Walterexists Walk-In Tubs will pressure you.
