How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Walterexists Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Walterexists Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Walterexists Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@walterexists.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve the matter, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
