Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Walterexists Walk-In Tubs wants walterexists.property to be simple to use for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings placed in a logical reading order
- Text descriptions on images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still reach help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@walterexists.property and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@walterexists.property and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What happened and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
